Shipping Rates:

We offer free shipping on orders over £300.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Estimated Delivery Time:

Domestic orders:  2-4 business days.
International orders: 7-10 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

We accept returns within 5 days of delivery for unused, undamaged hair and extensions.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused (no signs of wear, cutting, or styling).
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any shipping fees.

Exchanges:

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different color, length, or style, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs, and a new shipping fee will apply for the exchanged item.
Non-returnable Items:

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened hair extensions, wigs, or accessories.
Custom or made-to-order products are also non-returnable unless there is a defect.
